Only one more month at Glebe

Came home at the beginning of August and brought back two crates full of the pots I have made over the past 6 months down south.

Just starting to organise my studio and get it into a working state, making lists of tools and materials I need.

Back down south on the 9th September, going to the Bircham Gallery in Holt, North Norfolk to attend the opening night of Margaret Gardiner's Solo Exhibition! Very excited about staying on a Dutch barge.

Only one more month left of my work experience with Margaret Gardiner, Frauke Abel is also going to be at Glebe House for a month, so I get the added bonus of working with her and finding out more about her apprenticeship in Germany and working with other potters in England. She has written an article about her recent experiences, which is in the current Ceramic Review (Issue 251 Sept/Oct 2011).

The Craft Open Exhibition is still on at the Platform Gallery, Clitheroe until the 1st Oct. Its a great show, work from lots of talented people, definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet.
